SPCA is nongovernmental organization which is not supported by government. SPCA receives more than 700 unwanted, homeless or abused animals every month. The nonprofit SPCA organization doesn’t have enough budgets for wide promotions. based on my online survey 70.8% people doesn’t believe that they see much advertising regarding any pet welfare organization and 54% never even heard of SPCA.
