• SPCA Lobby the Government and local municipals for humane treatment of animals and harsher penalties for perpetrators of crimes against animals.
• SPCA Animal Inspectors investigate complaints relating to animal abuse or neglect every day, and work closely with the Department of Veterinary Services (DVS) to monitor these cases and assist with confiscation of animals and prosecution.
• SPCA Selangor provides highly or fully subsidized food, vaccination and spay/neuter costs for Good Samaritans who are caring for stray animals in their communities.

• Economic Downturn made many peoples to abandon their pets; they can’t afford to pay for their needs so they assume their pet Expenses as the ones that can be eliminated in this situation.
